Boiler replacement and new install leads
- Boiler replacement leads. Homeowners replacing an existing boiler that has failed, is getting old or costs too much to run. This is the bulk of boiler demand: "new boiler" and "boiler replacement" are searched about 8,100 and 5,400 times a month in the UK.
- New boiler installation leads. Homeowners adding or moving a boiler, for example in a renovation or conversion.
How we qualify boiler leads
Every homeowner answers a short set of questions before the lead is sent. You see every answer.
- Fuel type. Mains gas, oil, LPG or electric.
- Current boiler. Combi, system or regular (heat only), and roughly how old it is.
- Property. Property type and number of bedrooms, which helps you size the job.
- Homeownership. Owner-occupier or landlord.
- Timeline. Whether the boiler has failed and they need it now, or they are planning ahead.
We do not ask homeowners about finance and we do not offer finance on the form. See the FAQ below.
Exclusive vs shared boiler leads
A shared boiler lead goes to several engineers at once, often up to three. The homeowner gets several calls in a short time, and the job often goes to whoever rings first or quotes lowest.
An exclusive lead goes to you alone. The homeowner's consent names who will contact them, so your call is expected. You can take the time to survey properly and quote on quality, not just speed and price.
Every LeadsHunt boiler lead is exclusive. We do not sell shared boiler leads and we do not resell leads later.
Who can buy boiler leads
LeadsHunt sells boiler leads only to Gas Safe registered engineers and heating firms. We ask for your Gas Safe registration number when you apply and check it before your first lead.
Heat pump leads for off-gas homes
Homes off the gas grid, on oil or LPG, are often strong candidates for an air source heat pump, and the Boiler Upgrade Scheme offers more for eligible off-gas homes than for homes on mains gas. If your business is MCS-certified for heat pumps, you can buy heat pump leads alongside your boiler leads.

FAQs
Are boiler leads exclusive or shared?
It depends on the seller. Some share each boiler lead with up to three companies, others with a small group. Every LeadsHunt boiler lead is exclusive: it goes to one Gas Safe engineer and is never resold. The homeowner's consent names who will contact them, so your call is expected.
What details come with each boiler lead?
Each boiler lead includes the homeowner's name, phone number, email and postcode, plus their answers on fuel type, current boiler type and age, property type, homeownership and timeline. You also get the date and time of the enquiry and the consent record showing what the homeowner agreed to.
Do you sell boiler finance leads?
No. Arranging or introducing boiler finance is credit broking, which is regulated by the FCA, so LeadsHunt does not ask homeowners about finance or promise it on our forms. If you offer finance to your customers, you do so under your own FCA permissions or those of your finance provider.
